DETROIT - OVERHEAD RAIL

Memories of visiting the Detroit Auto Show, first week in January. Inevitably snowing or sleeting - very uncomfortable. An elongated view of the elevated rail system, known as the People Mover. A 2.9 mile loop completed 1987 was designed to move commuters around the central working city area. A city now suffering a severe decline, with the USA recession.
