VISION IN LANDSCAPES

A walk around Buttermere, National Trust owned in the Lake District Park. A view into Burtness Wood from the south shows a series of darkly silhouetted trees. The landscape is aflame in memory of the terrible bush fires recalled whilst visiting Australia in previous decades. The mood is hot, a total negation of the climate which is often damp and cloudy.
