CONTROLLED ENTRAPMENT

The subject relates to the annual capture and slaughter of dolphins in the Japanese fishing town of Taiji. In an isolated cove, fishermen drive and trap the dolphin. Some are sold into captivity, whilst the majority are killed for their meat.
