BOOGIE WOOGIE
A mass of bright glowing yellow lights combine with the white and blue of those hung in riverside trees. Strong overlapping arabesques of colour create a dense rhythmic effect. The cool white and blue shapes become accent motifs set against the pattern of golds and yellows.
