SPIRIT OF MEXICA

The context, a visit to Mexico, exploring the Aztec historic sites. The image is inspired by the eagle, which is seen devouring a serpent.A signal to the Mexica- the site for the creation of what has become known as Mexico City. Within the image the feathers have an exotic treatment. The multi-colour effect inspired by the Aztec's love of feathered cloaks and ceremonial trappings.
