SOUTH AMERICAN SWARM

Enormous numbers of Monarch butterflies gather in Fir and Pine forests of Central Mexico. Such are their numbers, estimated at over a billion that individual trees can hardly be seen.
They begin their migration from North America each Autumn, the final destinations are protected World Heritage Sites.
